DRB has emerged as one of the promising international companies in the field of Extracting, Manufacturing, Distributing, and Exporting marble products. It gets the raw material from its own site, from the site that it has received from the regional government of Benishangul Gumuz site, Sedal Wereda, which is 650 km far from Addis Abeba & processes the marble at Akaki Kality. The company has been processing and selling domestically 70% of its raw material output in which the local selling center of marble is Addis Abeba because of the rapid growth of constructions and planned to export to Italy, China, and India, 30% of its output.
